Event Registration – Summer CampTotal camp fees due when registering. All cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation prior to 5/1/17 all camp registration fees will be refunded: After 5/1/17 $28 non-refundable /non-transferable deposit will be deducted from camp registration fees paid. No refund will be given with cancellation notice 2 weeks or less prior to camp start date. We cannot allow campers into camp before all fees have been paid. We accept registrations right up to the start of camp where openings exist. A payment by VISA or MasterCard is required when you register online and will be charged in US Funds.
Cancellation PolicyAt K-Lean's Tennis Camps, we hope you will not have to cancel your camp. If you do though, for any reason, we will issue you a VOUCHER for all tuition fees paid, valid through the following calendar year in the event you have followed the above registration/cancellation policy.
Cancellation by K-Lean's Tennis Camps
In the unlikely event K-Lean's Tennis Camps cancels your camp session, we will refund all of your camp fees, plus the registration fee. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.
