K-Lean’s Tennis: Portland Summer Tennis Camps Enrollment Begins Feb. 5th, 2026

Ages 6 to 14, beginner to intermediate players at Glendoveer Golf and Tennis 6 – 8 years, 9 – 11 years, 12 – 14 years, Kids will be divided into groups based on Age and/or Ability each week.

9:00 am – 11:00 am – Tennis Lessons/Drills
11:00 am – 11:15 am – Snack Provided
11:15 am – 1:00 pm – Tennis Match Play/Strategy & Tactics

Summer Camp

We accept registrations/enrollments up to the week before camp openings exist. Less than a week, directly contact Head Pro Kaleen Worley at 503-701-4408. A payment is required by VISA or MasterCard when you register online and will be charged in US Funds.

Participant Cancellation Policy

What is your Refund Policy? All our camps have limited spaces to ensure a quality learning experience. All spaces in the program allow us to fulfill the commitments to our instructors, vendors, and facilities we utilize. We cannot credit, refund, or pro-rate tuition for scheduled absences, no-shows or days missed due to illness or injury. All our cancellation guidelines and policies are based on our duty to these needs and obligations.

Summer Camp Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before April 1: 65% of tuition is refundable.

Cancellation on or after April 1: 35% of tuition is refundable.

Cancellation on or after May 1: no tuition is refundable.

All refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee.

K-Lean’s Cancellation Policy

If K-Lean’s Tennis must cancel before the start of a program session due to weather, AQI, health orders, or civic mandates you receive a 100% credit for another Summer Camp program in the next 12 months.

If K-Lean’s Tennis must cancel before the start of a program session for any reason NOT due to weather, AQI, health orders, or civic mandates you receive a 100% refund paid to the original payment method or as a credit for another Summer Camp program in the next 12 months.

If K-Lean’s Tennis must cancel after the start of a program session for any reason other than weather, AQI, health orders, or civic mandates you receive a prorated refund or as a credit for another Summer Camp program in the next 12 months.

Parent, guardian, and camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.

Program Changes / Change Requests must be received in writing (via email)

Change requests must be made at least 30 days prior to your original program’s start date.

Changes to a program will incur a $58 Administrative change fee (ie: switching weeks).

Changes are subject to availability.
